Recently, KUST has carried out Dormitory Decoration Competition of International Students. This competition aims to display the wonderful dormitory life of international students and create a favorable dormitory atmosphere. A total of thirty-two dormitories participated in this competition (including Chenggong and Lianhua campuses). After the comprehensive assessments from “decoration style”, “dormitory hygiene” and “creativity” and other aspects, three dormitories were awarded the first prize, five dormitories the second prize, eight dormitories the third prize, and sixteen dormitories the consolation prize.

This competition strengthened the cohesion of international students, promoted the dormitory cultural construction, stimulated their creativity and sense of responsibility, as well as created a “better home” for international students in KUST.
