On March 8th, representatives from the Chinese Affairs Office of Sultan Zainal Abidin University visited KUST to discuss cooperation and exchanges between the two universities. Relevant persons from the Division of International Cooperation and the School of International Education of KUST attended the meeting.
Established in 1980, Sultan Zainal Abidin University is one of 20 national universities in Malaysia and the largest comprehensive university on the east coast of Malaysia. The university has a campus area of about 867ha and nearly 20,000 students. Its headquarter is located in Negeri Terengganu, Malaysia. In 2018, it ranked 391st in QS Asian University Rankings.
At the meeting, the two sides discussed and reached further cooperation intentions on running schools, teacher and student exchanges, joint scientific research, and teacher and student upgrading of academic qualifications.
