On May 11, Beijing Alumni Association, Anhui Alumni Association, Kunming Hendera Science and Technology Co., Ltd. and Hangzhou Bioecare Health Technology Co., Ltd. donated 40 single-head body temperature screening systems to KUST for Covid-19 epidemic prevention and control before the students go back to KUST.

At the donation ceremony, Huang Hui of Kunming Hendera Science and Technology Co., Ltd., and Chen Wei of Hangzhou Bioecare Health Technology Co., Ltd. donated supplies to KUST on behalf of the donors and the secretary-general of the foundation signed the donation agreement on behalf of KUST. The head of the university infirmary issued the donation certificates to the donors on behalf of KUST and expressed gratitude to the donors.

Chen Wei, the supplier of thermometers and head of Hangzhou Bioecare Health Technology Co., Ltd., gave a detailed introduction to the uses and cautions of this single-head body temperature screening system, and he also wished KUST a better future. The schoolmate Chen Wei graduated with an undergraduate degree in automation from KUST in 2000, and with a graduate degree in computer application technology in 2005.
