Recently, KUST has been working proactively for student financial assistance during the prevention and control of Covid-19 to provide provisional assistance for 61 Hubei students whose families are financially difficult.
For Hubei students, KUST provides each of them with 500 to 1,000 yuan as a provisional assistance according to their different financial conditions, 300 yuan per month as the special aid of data traffic for the students with financial difficulties in online learning and 3,000 yuan as the temporary aid for the students with financial difficulties who or whose direct relatives were diagnosed with Covid-19.
For those students with financial difficulties during the period of returning KUST and staying on campus, the university will take emergent measures in time to help them fight against the epidemic.
In addition, KUST has been using various effective ways to publicize the financial assistance of China; answer the questions from students and their parents timely so as to promote positive energy; be more concerned about and help those students with financial difficulties and work well for the publicity and services during the prevention and control of Covid-19.
